Our Commercial Structural Consultant, Matt Lawer, was called out to provide an inspection and give a quote to repair the large parking area for this HOA community in Morgan Hill. The Home Owners Association of this community was looking to fix the cracks and figure out a way to prevent the parking lot from sinking any further than it already had. Here are some photos from Matt's inspection.
